Meanwhile, Crypto.com has applied for a U.S. trust bank charter to expand its custody and staking services, aiming to operate under a federally regulated framework. Additionally, Fetch.ai has offered to withdraw its lawsuit against the Ocean Protocol Foundation if it receives back 286 million FET tokens that were reportedly sold during their merger. Fetch.ai CEO Humayun Sheikh stated he would cover legal costs if the tokens are returned, highlighting ongoing negotiations to resolve this dispute.
