Ex-Crypto Exec Claims DeFi Company Cut Him Out of Lucrative Stablecoin Biz M^0
Max Glass, a former executive at crypto firm RWA Company, has filed a lawsuit alleging wrongful termination and coercion regarding a stablecoin venture that evolved into M^0. Glass claims that during his time at RWA, co-executives Gregory DiPrisco and Joseph Quintilian breached their fiduciary duties by appropriating a stablecoin product developed in partnership with CrossLend GmbH for their own benefit. He alleges a breach of loyalty which led to his exclusion from potential benefits of the stablecoin business. According to the complaint, RWA diverted efforts meant for Glass’s stablecoin project to establish M^0, a firm that has gained significant traction in the DeFi space, including launching MetaMask’s new stablecoin mUSD. Glass is seeking punitive damages, reinstatement, disgorgement of profits from wrongful conduct, and an injunction against the defendants regarding their interests in M^0.
