Iggy Azalea Joins Token Launchpad for Celebrities on Solana as Creative Director

Iggy Azalea has become involved with a platform called Thrust, which focuses on creating ‘culture coins’ tied to celebrities. The platform is intended to provide a more accountable and participative environment for fans, contrasting the short-lived nature of many celebrity tokens typically found in crypto. Azalea, who previously engaged with crypto through her MOTHER token, aims to reshape the perception of celebrity coins by eliminating speculative practices. Thrust intends to tie its tokens to legally binding contracts, offering more stability. Actress Megan Fox is also expected to launch a token through Thrust in December. The platform, co-founded by entrepreneur Jake Antifaev, seeks to address the reputational issues celebrity tokens face and improve transparency for fans. Azalea emphasized the importance of these initiatives, aiming to prevent past issues inherent in celebrity-linked crypto ventures and promote a legitimate and enriching experience for participants.
